Standard Hardware Warranty Terms & Conditions
- One Year or Three Years Warranty (as stated in quotation) on parts and labour
- First 30 days DOA, one-to-one exchange.
- After 30 days upon purchase, faulty items shall be sent to manufacturer for replacement, this shall usually takes 2 to 4 weeks.
For 2nd, 3rd Year Extended Standard Hardware Warranty
- Charges of fees per year to be paid together with system purchase.
On Site Hardware Support Services
- Charges of fees per year to be paid together with system purchase.
On Site Premier Hardware Support Services
- 24 x 7 x 4 On Site Support
- Charges of fees per year to be paid together with system purchase.
